Menu Monday - trying to start again!

I've been dabbling a bit in couponing.  I refused to participate when I had little tiny ones - my brain just couldn't take it.  But my baby is 8 - I think I'm ready. 

I came across this site today.  Check it out - it has a whole section on menu planning.  She says that it's easy to get a bunch of free shampoos with couponing, but she promises to help you cut your grocery bill WAY down!  I  can't wait to listen to it on my little trip this weekend.
