Here's my favorite holiday salad (my hubby says it's a dessert!
Wild Raspberry Delight
3 cubes of margarine
2 Tbs. Sugar
1 ½ cups flour
2 8 oz. pkg. of cream cheese
2 cups powdered sugar
½ to 1 cup chopped walnuts
3 oz. pkg. raspberry jello
1 cup water
12 oz. pkg. frozen raspberries
1 tub of cool whip
#1 Mix 2 cubes of margarine, sugar and flour. Spread in a 9x13 greased pan. Bake 15 minutes at 350. Do not let brown! Cool.
#2 Mix 1 cube margarine, both pkg. of cream cheese, and powdered sugar. Spread over cooled crust.
#3 Sprinkle chopped nuts over all
#4 Dissolve jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add frozen raspberries, cool until the consistency of jelly. Spoon over nuts. Let set in the fridge until firm.
#5 Top with cool whip.

Joy! I made your BBQ chicken packets tonight for dinner. My husband loved them. The chicken was perfect. Thanks for a yummy and easy recipe!!!!!!! The best part was that my husband did most of the work. ;)
