This is what happens when we get too many projects going
at the same time.
We lose our focus,
we fall behind on daily tasks, unfinished projects lurk around every corner, & worst of all,
at the end of the day, we feel like we haven't accomplished a thing!
(by the way - this is a real picture on my guest room a couple months ago)
Today's challenge:
- Download project sheet
http://www.mediafire.com/file/zoinfczwzjk/projects_list.pdf - Brainstorm and list every project you are in the middle of.
- Cross-off any projects that really don't matter - even if this means throwing away or donating that 1/2 finished crocheted blanket that you started last year - get rid of those projects that bring you GUILT.
- Highlight projects that need to be done a.s.a.p.
- Number the rest in the order you would like to complete them
THEN: Complete Projects by:
- Finishing high-lighted projects first!
- Work on numbered projects - one at time- till complete!
Enjoy the feeling of accomplishment!
DON'T FORGET TO LEAVE ME A COMMENT TO GET YOUR NAME IN THE DRAWING!

I have loved reading your blog over the last few weeks. I love your real life tips. I was wondering of you could give a little more instructions on downloading the lists that you posted. I was able to see the "filled in" one once but since then I have not been able to bring up the blank sheets. Maybe it is just me but usually I am not this lame on the computer. Maybe you could just email me back if no one else seems to be having this problem. Thank you so much. Looking forward to passing your blog on to my friends!
Hi Danee - I'm sorry the files haven't been working. THis is what I do. I click on the link and it takes me to mediafire.com and it says CLICK HERE to download - then I click on it and a PDF file box come up and asks me if I want to open or save and I click OPEN. Then the file opens - is that what you do? You can e-mail me if you want - rjluckycharmed@yahoo.com
Thank you so much for this post (well really for all of your posts!)!You are helping my get organized and in control one step at a time! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
Joy - thank you for your quick response. I was able to get it to work now. The page was so busy I guess that I was a little confused about where to look for the download. Thanks again for all of your great ideas. I have had some extra time on my hands today to spend on my laptop because I have a sick kiddo home today. One last question...are the documents that you have posted (job lists, daily docket) able to be personalized for our families?? Just wodering.
Danee - that is a great question and something I wish I knew. I think there is some way to change PDF documents - but I haven't figured it out yet. I'll check on google and see if I can figure anything out. Let me know if you find out anything too. Hope your kiddo is feeling better!
Thanks for the nice comment Milana! You all keep me motivated too. As you can tell from the pics. I'm still working on my organizing one step at a time! :0)
I'm new to your blog and love the motivation you give me to get things in order. I'd love to see a finished picture of your guest room. Thanks!
Good idea Lynn! I'm still working on it so I'll post it when it's done - it's kind of my catch-all room - homework, food storage, craft, sewing.... I'm trying to get my hubby to make me some shelves!
