Meal planning is my favorite! Here's my plan:
Monday: Creamy Curry Chicken
Tuesday: BBQ Chicken Pizza
Wednesday: Turkey Spaghetti
Thursday: Parmesan Potato Soup
Friday: Grilled Chicken Breasts with Georgia Peach Salsa
Saturday: Chicken Tortilla Soup
Sunday: Roast/Potatoes/Carrots
Keep on inspiring me!
I forgot to say that a lot of times Saturday ends up being leftovers. We eat a lot of leftovers for lunch, so I usually have a meal planned just in case.
Chicken Fried steak sounds so yummy! My husband is back to working nights so I'll be planning yummy lunches instead. I did not make a meal plan....but there is always next week. Oh wait, I'm on vacation next week.....so the week after that. :)
