Sunday: Tomato-Onion Roast : Place 3-4 lb. beef chuck roast, 1 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix, & 14 1/2 can stewed tomatoes in crock pot on low 8 hrs. (I didn't end up making this last Sunday)
